Bruce Thomson, B.VocEd&Train, DipBusStuds, GradDipATT, MNZIM

Bruce Thomson is a consultant with many years of experience providing training and development to a large number of clients in New Zealand and Australia. Areas of expertise include Sales and Customer Service, Team Development and Leadership Programmes. He has also worked in Canada in the area of Negotiation Skills, Bougainville and East Timor in Leadership Development.

A specialty of his is Outdoor Experiential learning. Using these unique skills in this effective method of learning, Bruce has received accolades for his results from many well known companies in New Zealand and Australia.

Bruce has also gained depth in his business experience in selling and sales management, especially in the area of Financial Services.

He is an Accredited Master Trainer for the DiSC Personal Behavioural Profile System^®. He is also certified to administer sales development and behavioural modification diagnostics.

Educated at three Universities, Bruce has a degree in Vocational Education and Training, from Charles Sturt University and a Diploma in Business Studies from Massey University including papers in Organisational Development, Managerial Development and a special topic in Training and Development. Allied to this are a few papers in Psychology. He also has a Graduate Diploma for Adult and Tertiary Teaching from Auckland University of Technology.

He is also a Skydiving Instructor and holds a Pilot Licence.
