Conflict is one of the most destructive behaviours in businesses and handling conflict in the workplace is one of the most challenging. This exciting course focusing on conflict management will equip attendees with practical techniques which they may use to perform effectively in any difficult work situation. Our natural response when confronted with conflict is to either run away or stay and battle it out. Whichever response is acted upon, we can sometimes feel uncomfortable with the results, either because we have imposed our will on another, or they have imposed their will on us. These situations can be successfully managed when equipped with the correct techniques, thus allowing conflict to be resolved and a mutually acceptable compromise to be reached.

Any member of an organisation who has to deal with conflict, either from colleagues or customers and feels they would benefit from the opportunity to enhance their ability to resolve the issue with some mutual agreement.

Delivery & Duration

The programme is a highly interactive two day course and involves the sharing of your own experiences combined with practical solutions, role-plays, case studies and other exercises.  Pre-course preparation is required, so we are able to analyse your behavioural profile in your work environment and how this relates to your own behaviour in the face of conflict.
